Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from and use of the Ra-flect Radiant Barrier website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and product selection

Ra-flect sells radiant barrier products for residential, commercial, and specialty assemblies. Laser Perforated (LP) and Vapor Barrier (VB) serve different moisture-control purposes. Product descriptions and installation guidance are general information; the buyer is responsible for selecting a product appropriate for the building assembly, climate, ventilation strategy, and applicable codes.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through PayPal or the payment methods offered by PayPal at checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and the order is confirmed.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using the destination and package information. Orders are generally shipped by an available ground carrier from our fulfillment warehouse in Duncanville, Texas, and the carrier may vary by order. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for inspecting packages promptly after delivery.

Additional details are provided in our Shipping, Returns and Exchanges policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Returns, damage, and order issues

Eligible returns must follow the time limits and conditions in our Shipping, Returns and Exchanges policy. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly to support@raflect.com and retain the packaging and photographs when applicable.

Installation and code compliance

Radiant barriers require an adjacent air space to perform as intended. Do not block required ventilation, cover unsafe electrical components, or install material where prohibited by code or product requirements. Buyers and installers are responsible for safe work practices, project-specific design, and compliance with local building, fire, electrical, and energy codes. Consult a qualified professional when project conditions are uncertain.

Website content

Product information, calculators, coverage estimates, specifications, and installation content are provided in good faith. Calculator results are estimates and include assumptions that may not match every building. Verify field dimensions and project conditions before ordering.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ra-flect is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from product selection, installation, building conditions, carrier delays, or use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
