Ordering and General Information:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Electronic Check Payments and Wire Transfers. Our product consultants are available to help you select the best products for your needs.

Ordering by Store: Please remember to fill in all of the required fields when ordering via the store’s order form. We accept online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. operates in conjunction with a secure payment processing server to ensure your personal and payment information is encrypted to (PCI) data security standards and is kept confidential.

All orders are subject to credit approval. We do not ship COD. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Electronic Check Payments are accepted. Money Orders are accepted and will be processed upon receipt.

Back Orders: strives to maintain an accurate availability count at all times. However, exceptions do occur. In such cases, your order will be placed in line and the product will be shipped as soon as the products are available. If the delay expected is longer than 5 business days, a representative will contact you for further instructions. In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Returns: offers a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee. Customers returning damaged/unusable items will receive credit for shipping charges they incur. Shipping charges are non-refundable on non damaged usable items.

Shipping Times

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the following business day. Mail, Fax or Online Check orders are shipped once payment is received. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

United States Shipping & Handling

The shipping courier for online orders of Ra-flect Radiant Barrier shipped within the United States is United Parcel Service (UPS). This is a ‘No Signature Required’ shipping method, meaning UPS will leave your package at the shipping address provided. Neither A Beazley Design LLC nor UPS is responsible for any packages after they are delivered.
